not a fan, only would have one of these in white / grey with full colour coding. im sure its a very accomplished car though and enjoyable to live with day to day.
its true the clios just get grating after youve had one for too long. 2.5 years with mine, the novelty was starting to wear off.
the evo certainly had pace, and LMAO at the pic of the evo at the end. as said, the guy looked to lose it a couple of times before the off, was inevitable at some point.
interior looks shagged with all those airbags that have gone off!
Re: My 182, six months of ownership in words and pics
i love the write up dude. pretty much sums up how i felt about my BG 182 when i got it all those years ago! your car looks perfecto!
that rota pic is what happens to most non oem alloys that are of lightweight spec. my cuz had oz superleggeras and understeered off a roundabout on some oil once. the spokes had seperated clean away from the outer rim.
TBF that orange one doesnt look too bad. I think the whole kitting scene got ruined by people who cut corners and started going for shabby paint jobs.
Its not my cup of tea, kits an all that, but I appreciate quality work, which judging by that pic, the orange one has had.
yeah the price is a bit off putting, i picked up my 182 back in jan 06 when it was 7 months old for just under 10k. I guess this would have been nearer £30k! And the spec is pretty much the same as the clio lol, just better build.
Wasnt really interested in a mini at this time and probably...
yeah the side lights dont actually look that blue in real life, just match the xenons perfectly.
going to get the arches, mirror caps, headlight rings colour coded and the side marker lights cut in. think that will be it for the body work then just concentrate on more power.
getting rid...
gutted you have a default there mate, it could be worse though. after 12 months most lenders are not too bothered if your ever need to get a mortgage in the future.
chin up though, im sure you will get another one in the future.
