Tried charging the battery?

Thanks for your replies. The thing sticking out of the gearbox is bugging me, looks green on the end, but it won't unscrew or pull out.

Hi, I recently bought a 2007 Clio Campus 'Sport' 1.2 16v, Could anyone tell me the engine code for my engine by looking at it? Also was wondering what this thing is sticking out of the gearbox area? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi, I used to be on the forum a while back when I owned a S reg Clio 1.2 8v, but i then got a Corsa. BUT now i'm back with a clio! :) Picked her up today, She's a 1.2 16v Clio Campus 'Sport'. Not really got any plans at the moment as i've only just got it lol :)

Hey, I used to have a 1998 Clio 1.2 8v, But the engine died at 115k miles. I then went onto buy a Corsa 1.0 12v (Big mistake) Although its lasted me just over a year, problems seem to be coming thick and fast, So it needs to go. Got my eye on this...

Satnav doesn't have top speed reached (I don't think?) And I really don't care about straining the car, I have a megane diesel on standby :)

Mine's currently on 115k miles and seems to run fine. Nothing wrong engine wise yet! :D

Satnav said 105. And yes, it did feel like it was going to fall apart... xD

Lol, I wish... I seem to remember reading somewhere that it was around 99mph... but last night when I was bored... It quite happily managed 110, Granted it took a long time, but I'm still pleased :)

Hi, My 1998 Clio has just started juddering when idling and when under load. Gearstick shakes when doing 30-40mph in 4th or 5th. Pretty sure its not engine mounts.... I've checked spark plugs, cleaned/tested injectors... Car seems to really struggle to get anywhere after around 50...

Car's in garage for a couple of days now anyway, Getting new clutch fitted. So i'll try the above when I get it back!

Had a look at relay/fuse box, in the engine bay and inside the car, all seem ok... Strangely central locking started working today, but has since stopped again... Any more ideas? :)
