    I couldn't sign in to the 'My Xbox Live' iOS app until I'd visited xbox.com and agreed to the new T&C. Possibly a similar issue with Live on the Xbox?

    Yeah all good. I'm not sure I ever needed to login using the app, I think it automatically worked so long as I was connected using 3G at the time.

    Download the Three iPhone app and it'll tell you there which tariff you are on.

    TiVo combined with the excellent VOD service from Virgin is a excellent package. Sky cannot compete with VOD on Virgin.

    I use XBMC with my ATV2 and love it. Great interface, it catalogues and organises all my media and I can resume from where I last watched. Excellent. I'm also running the latest Apple iOS version.

    I've not had a chance to play this yet despite buying it at the midnight launch :( I may get the chance later tonight but thinking it will be better to complete the BF3 campaign first.
