iOS 5.1 installed easily enough last night. The new slide open camera shortcut is great. The only issue I've had is that my WiFi and BT shortcut icons no longer work :(
I'll not bother to upgrade my iPad 2 for a new model. I hardly use it and I cannot see it offering anything other than a higher res screen.
I reserve the right to change my mind completely tomorrow evening!
At work we are looking to move away from Claranet for our BB access, any recommendations for a new provider who does not cost a fortune per month/year?
BT Business Broadband is reasonably priced at £20 per month but not sure if they are good or not.
Having heard nothing from Microsoft i decided to email Alex Garden and that had the desired result, I received a reply within 30 minutes and a assurance that my issue would be resolved that day by one of his team. As promised everything was resolved and refund for £89.25 processed. I'm happy...
I'll be demanding they remove my card details from their servers, it's about time they added verification for purchases but then they couldn't sneak a further 12 months subscription from people who forget to cancel.
If I cancel auto renew then then they have no valid reason for holding my card...
3 times? Bloody hell. I'll definitely be removing my bank card details from Live, can't be bothered dealing with this again. MS said I should have a reply within 3 days, if not my bank will refund as soon as the money clears from my account. My GT is currently blocked.
My Xbox account was hacked yesterday. b******s spent 1600 points and charged £89.25 to my bank account for a further 10500 points which they also spent. My gamertag is now locked and Microsoft are investigating.
They have been adding content on a regular basis, I noticed several films and TV series last night that had not previously been available. Long way to go to match the US selection but still worth £5.99 per month.
You can use copy and paste to add to a existing email. Either use the method mentioned above but select copy rather than share or press and hold on a photo to display the copy option.
I use Tomtom on my iPhone and love it. First bought the Western Europe version 3 years ago and over that time have had many free map and feature updates, cannot complain about value for money.
I always said if there was a affordable way of viewing content that I wanted to see then I would definitely pay rather than obtain via downloads etc. Netflix offers me this opportunity for a very low monthly fee.
