On my car there's a little hole/plug to the left of the gear knob on the centre console (54 plate 182). I originally assumed it was something to do with the alarm - but now I'm not so sure. I'll post a photo tomorrow if need be - but are these standard or is this something mine has been fitted...
Just about to do an oil and filter change on my 182 over the next few days (waiting for the oil to come) and I got wondering what size or shape the sump plug is on it, just so I can make sure I have the right size spanner/socket or right tool depending on what I need.
Can anyone enlighten me?
Does anyone know of a good/cheap deal on Eibach pro's or Sportlines for my 182?
Best price I've found is ESP Design at around £119 inc vat for Pro's which seems a canny deal, but they're not open till the new year and I wouldn't mind buying now when I still have the money ;)
K-tec are...
Exactly - you get the same type of comments on every forum behind the safety of the computer though.
She's overdone the fake tan mind, but I'd still poke her.
On my 54 plate 182 I've noticed the passenger side door has dropped a touch so I was wondering firstly if this was common on Clio's and also if anyone else on here has replaced them, how easy they are to do and what they cost.
That's supposing it is actually the door pins - what else could it be?
Impressive stuff - tbh if it had been an older car (seen as being more prestigious) then maybe I'd have the balls to attempt something like that.
I don't think many would with as car that new, when there's so many around - but fair play for saving it.
When I got my G/B one I saw a few of these for LY ones for sale and wasn't sure - as much as I loved the colour I thought it was a bit two mid nineties and a bit too much.
On seeing those photos I wish I'd travelled and had a look at one.
This has never happened agin, until last week and today, when there's been a lot of rain around / cold weather.
Anyone have any ideas what may cause it, or is it a case of hooking it up to the computer and seeing what faults been thrown up?
Going on a long(ish) journey next week and I could do with a spare wheel just incase for my 182, just to use as a 'get me home' tyre.
I'm not so bothered about it being a 182 wheel as I'm not planning on keeping it in the car all the time - but what I want to know is what size wheel will it...
Wed or Thurs night (can't remember):
Blue 1*2 coming off the new roundabout (inbetween Bowburn and Q Hill) and giving it some on the road towards Sherburn, around 4.20 pm.
Black 05 plate 182 on the same night a few minutes later heading out of Quarrington Hill
Today:
Silver 182 in...
I don't actually need any in my 182 yet, but can't find in my manual what type of power steering fluid it takes and I've got a full unopened bottle of Febi hydraulic fluid (M 6162) sitting here which I don't know whether to keep or give away.
Can anyone tell me if this is any good or point me...
I've just having a look now the search function is working again and to top up I may use some of the Halfords stuff, then get something else int he next few weeks.
