I just don't want to be disappointed when I do go lower and I either get rubbing issues or they look too flush.
I have it in my head now that I'll be getting 20mm fronts/10mm -1 camber rears. Anyway my GF has the wish list now ;) Hopefully she'll get them for my birthday in 2 weeks :)
That's the cheapest with the breather pipe fitted that I know of. You can just buy a normal 90 degree (no breather pipe) bend and use that, then add a small breather to the breather pipe off the inlet. That's what I did on my 182 and was fine.
I've got a pic somewhere.
I can only go as far as my budget and time allow me unfortunately! Not enough of either! My plan is to get it as clean as I possibly can with a OEM+ feel to it, fingers crossed.
I know it has but I'm still unsure :o
It really does mate. And it's things that cost not a lot and just time. My...
They do look good but I think they look to flush with the arch when I eventually go on coilovers, plus I like a little tuck so 20mm ones I think I'll get and 10mm hub rear with -1 degree camber.
Thought was closer to the £1k Mark? Maybe they've come down in price. They was decent tbf but I just would of thought they'd come with damping adjustability.
Nice work bobby. I went out in toms clio today (Christopher's old ph1) and I was surprised on how comfy and well handling the h&r's were. However I would of thought they'd have damping adjustment considering the price of them new :S
Got a few more bits done bought. (Heavy pic alert!!)
Bought some paint from halfords and painted the top mount covers.

Double fail though as the "iceberg" is...
Anthracite with blue writing for me. Breaks it up a little and matches the wheels.
Arctic bullets would of looked better if you kept the wheels silver imo.
Call it constructive criticism. As many have said about your style I'm sure your used to it, but at the end if the day it's your car.
Simon has done a good job tbf.
I read it. The dash strips and insert look good and go well with the snappy wheel which again looks good. Don't get me wrong the way the bullets have been done look good but I think putting the name on badges is a bit too ott.
