@Craig 20mm was originally ordered but they sent 25mm! Dont know why but i was swaying towards H&R's over FK's. Larkspeed they should be a couple of days as they need to be ordered in.

Yes and its removed it :) Seems to take away a fair bit of slack in the engine too. Through the revs and downs shifting seems to be a bit more connected and stable, if that makes sense? Vibration is there a tad more but nowhere near as harsh as what some people say. Im a fussy bugger and its not...
Sure signs of rear shocks. There cheap enough for new ones and its best to replace both at the same time.
You could always remove the rear shocks and push them down to see the compression. That way you'll know if its them or not before buying new ones.
