Bobby. Rob I will put them on and run them to see, so time will tell. Either way ive got refund money to play with for other parts or i sell these and get some 20mm H&R's or FK's.
Maybe its mind over matter Rob :o I shall try and bend by hand tomorrow but didn't want to touch them untill it...
I'll be honest Scott i was gutted. Been looking forward to them for a while as well :( But yeah, at least i can try the 25mm and either keep them for free or make some money back. When Emily phoned them back up he said that for the 5mm rears i could use the standard bolts but for the 10mm ones...
The Dan@MAD parcel turned up today. Opened it up to be greeting with bad news:

As you can see there not in the best condition! I was not happy and neither was...
The Dan@MAD ones below :(
Im sure they have a little. It would be nice to see if it makes the standard power. I'd be happy with that. Keep an eye out in here ;)
By all means Graham. You'll hear it through the revs whist its in the rollers and your more than welcome to have a drive of it to see what its like inside the car. Its the full system with center silencer and twin barrel car still in.
Same Jamie, it feels nice through the rev range. Also...
@MrTom I had been wanting a ph1 for some time now. I had kinda fell out of love with the BG tbh and as we're saving for a mortgage I wanted to get a ph1 before the saving really starts getting serious. I used the sale of my BG to buy this :)
@AlexW You've probably got a small share in it now...
Thanks Tom :) Emily thinks its sad that I take pics of everything but its good to record it all, for my benifit and for future buyers.
I was an itch that needed scratching tbh Kyle. I loved the BG but keeping a black car clean was a nightmare :( I do love the Ph1 though, plus there was only 90...
Got a few more bits done over the last couple of days.
I removed my ktec induction kit and fitted the standard airbox back in. While the ktec kit was off I decided to remove the throttle body to give it a clean. Although it wasn't to bad, it was just piece of mind to do so. After that I popped...
The plan is too keep it OEM+ so add some more lows and spacers and get it mint condition overtime. Only ph2 part is and will be the cup spoiler and maybe a sabelt steering wheel, but the f1s, trims, etc will remain ph1 :)
It was Scott :( I didn't hang around for long! I will eventually get some...
Thanks very much for the kind comments guys :)
@Toms_clio what ya got buddy? I did a few bits this weekend which I will add in the project thread :)
@-J- I originally wanted a titanium as its so glittery but I do like this colour when its clean. Plus there was only 90 something ph1's in this...
The car was filthy so I treated it it to a clean today. Unfortunately having it clean shows up all the scratches/chips and dents on the car :( Still they will be removed all in good time.
Ph2 sidestrips and door handles are off and the originals are back on.
Clean Ph1 (1) by Dr-Jekyll, on...
You get used to it tbh. Although it's not a major job so it can be swapped over back to the original within a few hours.
Its a shame that parts are becoming rarer for them now if you need replacements. Silly little things like gear knobs and 2.0 badges, which are prone to get scuffed aren't...
Silver wheels would look ace and if your keeping the ph2 side strips then the silver wheels would match the 2.0 bullets nicely. I think black on black has had its day now.
Still looks nice though :)
