Unless you wipe your ass with 20 pound notes I wouldn't pay over 2k for insurance! If you wait for a bit then it will drop and you will be able to get a much nicer car rather than spending more on insuring it than it cost to buy! Only my 2 pence worth though, your decision!

Chances arent too bad if you have a good look around and make a few phone calls. Got mine in September at 19Yo for 1400 with mods declared so not too bad! it is possible for not to silly money just takes a lot of playing around with all the options to get the best deal!

What i would do is heat the sh*t out of it and then try putting a screw driver on the edge of a bolt hole pointing towards the ground and try hitting it with a hammer I.E. trying to get it to spin rather than trying to fit a wedge in if that makes sense.. not sure how else to explain it! Good luck!

Im calling BS on this one aswell untill somehow proved otherwise... no way your insurance would be that cheap at 18 with a crash and a conversion. Stripes add 7.5BHP per stripe ;)

If i had a choice i would get a ph2 172, yes the 182 had more power but it weighs a lot more and if its purely a track car you wont be needing cruise control etc!
Steven has pretty much hit the nail on the head! The best option is some decent coilovers as you can play around and decide on the best height! I would stay away from the cheap ones as my mate had some cheap ones on his car and took them off again after 2 months because the ride was so terrible...
Yea man i got them just need to get a chance to fit them, i tried the washers but that didnt do it! Il try changing the top mounts when i get a chance! If its not that then im thinking cv joints!
Il sell you the scorpion one you had on the inferno - needs a new centre section but appart from that its sweet or could do a trade with your exhaust and cash my way! ;)
Ive put the top mount washers on and they havent done anything, ive looked at the ARB bushes and they look pretty good, ive got a feeling that its the CV joints on both sides! Anyways ive got some poor pictures and videos if that helps!

It is really annoying but ive got myself some top mount washers so il give that a shot and see if it helps! If not il have a look at the ARB like edde says!
Not sure if this is the right section at all but il bash on and someone can move it if its not! Anyways Ive got a strange creaking when accelerating on full lock. I think its in both directions and only when accelerating! Any ideas of what it could be and way to check would be much appreciated...
