Its a bit less now than it was in that picture. Sits roughly 20mm inside the top of the cut outs when cold and slightly less when its hot. For some reason my cat seems to sag a lot and I cant make it any better! I have tried countless times! Replaced the dogbone mount with a powerflex one but...
In your last picture is the washer in a little bit or is it just balancing? If its in a bit can you not try before putting the wishbone back on, a wee bit grease on the face of the bush and the inside of the bracket. Wedge the washer in and then gently tap it down with a hammer?
not sure if it...
A BG 182 followed me up Greenbank drive about 10 minutes ago!
I was in a Suzuki Vitara (winter car) I usually have an inferno 182!
You live so close! Lol
No space in the garage currently, which is a shame.
Its down the side of the house just now so it's pretty shelterd with house on one side, shed in front, next doors shed on the other side with my brothers car parked behind.
Thanks for your reply Tom. What cover was it? I'm looking for a kind of average cover just to try and protect the car a bit over winter. Don't want to buy too cheap, although the car is in a pretty sheltered area I don't want the cover to get blow about and scratch the paint!
You know that's...
I'm just looking to see what car covers people use/recommend for the clio.
Ideally I would be looking to spend between £30 - £40
links would me much appreciated. Cheers
I just took the 182 off the road for winter. Bought a suzuki vitara for £650 with MOT till April. Done about 800 miles in it in 2 weeks and its been bang on the money! £120 tax for 6 months but will get a refund on my insurance at the end of the year as its cheaper to insure than the clio!
I've got a set of 4 I started to sand down to paint then but then I lost interest. You can have them for free if you can pick them up! Can also get pics if you want!
Worth PM'ing him now and see what he says, think mine came next day!
You need to check and see if the wee spacer is on. It doesn't come with the discs it comes with the car and if it wasnt fitted before with your previous discs it could be why your wheel bearing has gone so fast.
looks like...
Unless they have a hydraulic press then I dont think it will happen. Should be able to take the discs off and take them to a garage who will press the old ones out and new ones in for a fee.
Re: New Wheels + Summer Road Trip!
Some of the Europe pictures are really good!
Not sure about the red wheels, will hopefully look better in real life and grow on me!
Just started the car when I came out of work and it made a strange screeching noise coming from under the bonnet, could this be related?
How hard is it to do the coolant temp sensor? I'm guessing you have to drain all the coolant?
Both shafts were changed about 2 months ago for genuine Renault items but il check then over. I used every drop of gearbox oil I had so might try topping the box out up and see if it helps!
is there any way to test the clutch? Still seems to bite in the same ace as usual, it's just right at...
