Have to say I feel like its a clutch issue. It wasn't like that before I took it to the garage, however It is just coincidence rather than something they have done.
Yea it doesn't go away when its warm.
What I would say is it feels pretty mechanical as opposed to electrical if that makes...
The car was in the garage getting a service, coolant change and winter check yesterday. Today when I picked it up I noticed that there was a judder/jump when I went to pull away. I went in to see the guy again and he took it for a drive with me and said it felt like the engine was moving. He...
I managed it as a novice with only a little soldering experience. It took me 3 days though because I didnt have much patience/concentration.
Once you get all the dash and speedo off etc it looks like this and you just have to take the LEDS off that you dont want and replace with blue ones...
Ive done the full dash, its not hard but you have to be very patient and be good with a soldering iron
Hope this helps.

I do frequently and sometimes the jack doesnt move forward when jacking so you just need to keep and eye out. I havent had any issues so far and have been jacking on monoblock for 3 years.
I dont have any problems! Your desperate to have it back! Im in Aberdeen next weekend, il lend you my car, il borrow the scoob, you can fit coillies then i can borrow it back again to go home! haha
Nothing, but interestingly enough, the car that we took them off is now pulling to the right! Going to check that the wheels are balanced first and if that doesnt get it sorted then tracked agan.
I would love some anthracite turinis if someone wants to swap ;) hehe
They are pretty comfy and I dont find them too bad at keeping me in place, managed to stay in the seat around the ring!
Its on Sportlines already! I think its just because the tyres have a stupidly low profile of 40. Will be putting on 45's when they need changed and it should look better!
Thanks guys! I think Coillies would make the wheels look better but i just cant afford the 800/900 quid just now!
I wish my exaust poked out a bit more too! Also need to spray the plastics as the rear bumper strip looks crap!
Yea I wasnt sure about them when I first got them but they are growing on me! Coillies would make the difference but they are expensive for my bolt spacing, I want the full SPAX coilover ones!
Well instead of starting another thread I just thought I would update this one with some pictures!
Ive got both the sparco seats in that I bought from Clio_stu, Got a skoda splitter, Got some new wheels and put some 225 headlight washers on as replacements for one of my broken ones...
Saw one in Colinton, on in the little chef car park at dreghorn with black pro race 1.2's, one down by the church in Colinton another one going down Gillespie road and one at Fairmile head crossroads!
Make your self known! Never seen so many in one day!
I got a set off eBay for my old car, I wired them into the fag lighter and then try had a wee discreet switch that fitted inside the fag lighter which allowed me to easily turn them on and off which was pretty cool!
Putting the xenons on your car might be a problem come MOT time as im guessing you wont have headlight washers and they wont be self leveling? Just a thought.
Thanks for the advice but I tightened it up with the jack under it. It almost looks like the manifold is coming down to low, I also sometimes get the bottom of the manifold knocking off the subframe which again I think is a sign that the engine mounts are shagged.
Sweet il pop down tomorrow.
On a different note (saves starting a new thread) Interior light doesn't work when I open the doors but works when i use the switch. The door open icon works when i open the doors though. Ideas?
