Wrong... If looked after right with good fuelling, ignition and cooling they just as reliable as any other car.

the idea is as above normally the oil vapour will go back in to the inlet... making for dirty air which can impede ignition etc and also if you have a MAF it can gunk it up... if you don't know what its for you don't really need one... i have one on the rx7 and its been on there for months if...

There is a huge difference in the way they are made too.... Weight makes a big diff too held a 18x9.5 te37 in one hand and a rotard copy in the other, same sizes and the rotard was twice the weight! The genuine te37 with rubber fitter was still lighter than the rotard without rubber....
