Cheers dude, they were seriously bugging me!
I've rebuilt it this morning. Underdrive pulleys are on, and it now runs.
Water Pump pulley on...
Built back up...
Just need my blanking plates to arrive for the air pump, and also need to go get a new tyre pump as I've got a very low...
It's probably that the front arches sit higher, the Nissan was the same. Coming along dude, can't wait to see it dragging ass and making Goodj cry into his keyboard.
I've not fixed it yet. Just waiting on some air pump blanks and I'm good to go. I've got new bearings in the alternator, some Dragon performance underdrive pulleys and a 5pk780 belt ready to eliminate the air pump though.
Whilst I'm waiting, I'd bought a few bits to tidy it up. Unfortunately...
I saw your post about that platform, but you still carried on with the R8 jokingly being a "faux lambo" as somehow being an unacceptable comment. Boring because it carried on, I couldn't care less whether anybody else wants to joke about it being a "faux Lambo".
When I was spending a lot of time in Ponte for college, he was infamous amongst anybody with a Citroen/Pug for cut springs and dodgy torsion bar lowering jobs. Times have probably changed. I can only go off what I'd heard.
Yes he's your mate, but frankly I'll never have anything to do with him again. What's done is done, but there's a lot more to it than anybody but himself and I know.
Thanks Jamie.
Yet you're still on about one lighthearted comment. It really has gotten quite boring now that you couldn't let a flippant comment go. I hope you never get an X-Type and somebody calls it a Mondeo.
I'm sold on the D7000 now, with 18-105VR. I could have bought it tonight had Paypal not decided they'd hold onto my refunded money, will have to wait until Friday. Blown the budget well and truly wide open but sod it!
