Having just read some threads about it, it's mentioned removing the fuse makes the system default to a 50/50 bias.

Pulling the fuse is very pikey though. Also by doing that it doesn't alter the balance does it and make it very twitchy. I think it was Burp who did it and the rear end kept locking and he kept spInning
