did you shoot in RAW? you might be able to bring the exposure down in that section in photoshop, then you'd be onto a winner imo. i like the sepia effect too. work well with the subject i think. referring to that overblown bit btw :)

ive had two policy terms with them. really good, never had to claim from them though. they are part of the admiral group so ill be guessing they *should* be pretty swift with a claim. (depening on circumstances of course) you'll pay a pretty penny to pay monthly!
