After fitting my rear subs and amp its got me thinking about what else i can do.
My front speakers are standard and I was wondering what a decent upgrade for the front would be, in addition can you get front amps? wouldnt they be alot of bulk in the front?
I also want to get some sound...
hate to rub it in but it sounds like they dont know what they are doing, my gfs head gasket went and she took it to someone in gilberdyke (not far from hull), she got the car back next day and timing belt changed at the same time for under £400.
I had a friend who sold his purely due to the petrol usage, he said it was amazingly fun, would slide out easy, he had a few flooding issues too, hes got an TD Audi A4 now :/
The great thing about speakers is the lack of current that travels through the wire, meaning you can play with it while its on, if you dont want to cut the connecter of the car just cut the connecter of the speakers and tape in the holes as said above, you cant really mess it up

I got myself a cheap air filter and it actually sounds great, but now am gathering funds and want to smarten it up, are there any various enclosed indution kits?
and a strut brace

lol yep just a humble 1.2, used to have a Saxo VTS which was around 25mpg and it burnt my wallet! hence the 1.2, I do miss the 50extra horses though lol
I work with couriers like TNT and DHL, they dont care about weights, we see packs weighing 10kgs which say 2kg on the label, its only when it goes above 20kgs they have a check lol

I had a twin exhaust on my old 106, used cable ties to sqeeze the rubbers tight and lift it slightly

Went out today to do the last bit of wireing up for the rear speakers amp and subs, done it many times before so I know what im doing, wired everything up including earthing and the remote wires, turned ignition and nothing from them, not quite sure whats wrong, everything looked fine...

the gromit going from the engine to the inside is insanely tight and very thick!!
used a screw and screwdriver to make a clean hole then gradually got bigger untill it was able to get the cable through but still be tight, very nicely done too, what a pain in the backside! layed...
Nice, in that case I think ill test on the spare and if it comes out okay ill replace them one by one :) now to choose a colour :/

more of a knocking than a metallic sound, it quietens when going over 2k revs, but below its a bit noisey and bangs when on idle not moving, really wierd, I cant fully explain except the sound of someone hitting the bottom of the car with a plank of wood really fast really hard
