No he is correct. Apple will scrap the 16gb and 32gb models and the only iPhone 4 available will be 8gb. Happens with the release of every new model.

Will sell my 32gb black iPhone 4 to Mazuma this week although if it can sell for over £300 privately I may do that instead. I'm not convinced I really need a 4S but I can't resist a update. Will buy white.

From past experience a pre-order is never needed so long as you visit the store on the weekend of release as Apple stores usually have huge numbers of stock available.

I think I'll collect in store next Friday. Currently have one in the basket using the Apple Store app but not yet pressed buy.

Currently running iOS 5 GM and have received a MMS message which looks terrible. Very blurry and a similar problem that I experienced a couple of years ago with previous iOS versions.

The same reasons why I am tempted to upgrade. 32gb white will probably cost £620.

I cannot decide if the upgrade is worth the cash or not. I already have £320 from the possible sale of my iPhone 4 to Mazuma and inc £50 cashback I have just received from Three. Do I really want to spend a further £300 on essentially the same phone with a few improvements? I'm currently 60/40...

Re: iPhone Event - 4/10/2011 - Read post #1 before asking questions I think the iPhone 4 32gb was £620 so possibly the same for the 4S. Not sure I'll bother with the upgrade, £320 in addition to the cash Mazuma will give me doesn't seem like great value for a slight model revision.
