    Current Auction Price (CAP) which most dealer use now for valuations values it as the follow: Trade:5475 Retail:6675 So realistically most should be willing if you push to get close to 5500. Thats in good nick, if there is bodywork that needs to be done then obviously this would be deducted.

    Well he does technically, but its on the company policy. Trying to get a company to match it will be hard work if bit impossible due the risk.

    varies between policy. the policy is usually upto 30days in europe, however, there is still an additional premium! You obviously need the green card, but they are for a minimum of either 14 or 28days. can remember When i went to ring I was only covered for the time i was in europe regardless...

    simply no. You wouldnt tell them in you had a new anything else..... your fine as long as its OE(original equipment). You just need to tell them about the mods, although im not sure they would know tbh, but thats a risk.

    Im still confused, you should just be telling them about the mods, the fact the engines been replaced is irrelevent, if you insurer is charging you for that then I suggest you shop around. Who you insured with? Are there any other factors affecting you renewal? such as points, NCB...
