Aye tis a good spec and a good price. Will be contender should I not find a suitably priced R27 and thats what I decide I want. I owned a pre-facelift CTR for a few months a couple of years ago. Great car.

Yeah dont think the 330 is the way forward. B@llsie has taken me out in the F1 197 and ST this affy, those plus the R26 and CTR will probably be the ones I choose from. Also thinking of a 147 GTA.. although thats an outside one!

Think the F1 stickers are pretty subtle if you take the roof graphics off. Was only thinking today about the a 330Ci. But not sure that the E46 will look pretty dated then. Yep black CTR is possibility.

dunno have my reservations about the ST. Mainly surrounding the handling and how chuckable it is. I can have a white facelift ST2 for similar kinda money as the R27. If I go for the ST thats what I will have. Still want to consider the R26 and a couple of other options inc Golf GTi and EP3...

Well I had more than the phonecall today, however, its not officially forsale yet so theres no pressure to sign on the dotted line, they want 16 for it... got a fair Px price on the 15.5k - but theres more to be had, but dont think they will go below 15k though.

I'll travel anywhere for the right deal as long as its yellow, red or black. Not quite ready to sign but will be in the next 10days. Still need to drive an R26 before making the final call.

Spec is as follows: 08 reg, red 800 miles with tints and autowipers lights. Basically the cost is 15.5k from a dealer. As much as I liked it, infact quite a lot, gut instinct tells me that is too much. Thoughts?

I did mean 13.5k as a advertising price. I think its a good place to start. 12850 for a trade in price is fair, as they will likely retail it at 14k. Especially he needs to shift it quickly.

13.5k private seems a fair price. A dealer will offer you closer to 12k.
