A 200 will be able to be bought for less than 10k once its out of warranty.
A GP with the same miles at the time the 200 is out of warranty will be worth more, bottom line is, Minis hold there value, Clio's do not
I briefly drove Alans off here and the thing that struck me was the low down torque compared to that of the 172.
Fantastic cars, i was never a fan but now id be quite happy to own one now. Runflat tyres make for quite a crashy ride and thus far im aware cannot be repaired with conventional...

A used Mini GP will to a certain extend be worth more in the long run if its kept nice.
The fact a GP is quicker to 100mph than a vee does not influence my choice (if i were in a position to make it lol :o)
Think of those who spent another 10k on them to buy one new....
The only thing that pisses me off about the GP is that it doesnt have xenon headlights for some reason, seems a trait of the "special editions"
I.e the Trophy being another! Dont get that atall! :S
