I would loose the tints, I have a black clio and mine come with tints, removed them this weekend, and looks much smarter. Also would get a 172 bumper, really smartens the back up.

I have cleaned them and put new grease on. And what's threadlock mate ? And yeah but like there is no way that they can change in height :s

Basically I fitted some raceland coilovers the other week and I kept hearing a knocking noise so I put the adjusters in the back and I soon realised it was the fact the damper bolt was loose so it was rattling around. I tightened it up but when I drive for a couple of miles it becomes loose...

what will that do mate, what about if I turn them upside down, because one has a large circle and other is slightly smaller ?

I've got 5mm spacers on as it is mate :\. And I think it might be the exhaust
