They do exsist. Basically you have a 3 point set up with inertia reel type fixing at one end. Allows you movement when in use for road driving but tensions up if u stack.

The 197 has moved game on. Its refinement with speed, 1 sec or so on road makes no real difference. I think they are beautiful cars, and even though they are not the quickest of the current bunch, they are certainly the best looking imo

I think the wheel base would be too short and too much weight over rear as already said. I guess a lack of lsd would make it harder as well.
