I have read this guide and was just wondering if I have cut the red and black plug and put a resistor on to the wires which attached to the plug, would that take away the lights (but obviously doing it on both sides), Diagram below... Thanks!

I have aftermarket sony bluetooth radio but the speakers only crackle at that due to the treble and bass and midrange being the highest possible ahaha

Well I done all four speakers because my rears didn't come with factory speakers, so for me it was much better ahaha, but they don't crackle or anything until the radio volume is on around 34.

No problem man, they have some speakers called Edge I think there what I have, cheap and much better sound

Halfords do some decent speakers for the clio size which fit perfectly!

If I want to clear Airbag fault codes, can I just buy the Standard RStuner or do I have to purchase the extra airbag module aswell?

The other day, I was fiddling around with the wiring and the Airbag + Serv light went off for around 30 seconds and then come back on!!!... Reckon anyone can see anything wrong with this dodgy wiring? [/IMG] [/IMG]

If your really forcefull you can twist off the old gear know, but its stuck down with glue! So what I done was used hacksaw and just cut it off. The reverse is not together with the gear know itself so it is fine to take off.

Im fairly new to this, so would the seat side airbags still work if I do that?

Reckon that would do it as the faults are permanent?

You got luckier than me!, I have tried that before the seats got hardwired in... not exactly sure what to do now. Been advised to put the old seat pre-tensioners into the new sports interior...
