Why are people still talking about RDA ?? Its already been said that its overkill and not in any way an efficient way to share files. Honestly !

Most decent routers are designed for stacking so I doubt that was the peroblem.

You probably can use the linksys router and a simple switch, but you would need to reconfigure some stuff on the router to get it to work as there may be conflicts (dhcp servers etc) I can't remember if the linksys can be set to do just switch duties..

Exactly, if you unlock acheivements for games not released yet then this would have to be on your modded banned console, which cannot go online anyway so it wont matter as your gamertag will never be updated from the banned console.

Okay, You can swap your hard drive between modded and unmodded console without any known risk as its the consoles ID that is banned, hence you can still use your gamertag Just don't do anything else stupid like use downloaded game saves to unlock achievments etc.

Just keep the modded console for offline play of your modded games and the ones you like enough to want to play online, buy and play on the untouched console. If you use stealth media/firmware you should have been ok.. although come the dash update MS will probably have put in new methods of...

Thats cause most of the older modems only had a 10mbit ethernet port on the back lol.. I knew about it beforehand so made sure they delivered me a new modem.

If your not happy with the motherboard (which you clearly are not) change it. Its probably best that you do it now so you don't regret it later.

I would have though x4 would be enough, is it just a linux drive issue ?? is so I would imagine it would be fixed. What are you planning on using for the HT part of it ? mythtv ?
