Daft question - you have bedded the Pagids in as per their recommended procedure ??
We used to to run Pagid RS14's on the Mk1 Focus RS which was running AP 6 pots - we had no issues at all (unlike the previous Ferodo pads)

If they are screw in studs - lock 2 together nuts on the stud, get someone to stand on the brake pedal and wind them out. If they have been loctited in a little heat will assist.
The 120's are a decent budget semi, we ran them last year on numerous track days and a few rounds of Timeattack with no issues. We'd be running them this year also but TA has announced Pirelli as the tyre supplier
I always rated the A048 when running them on the MK1 Focus RS and wouldn't hesitate using them again
I had pilot sport cup + on the Mk2 Focus RS and they were superb (didn't try them in the damp or wet though)
The AD08's are a decent choice and as said above you can use them on the road also
