I think a a 10 min toe shim in the right rear and a readjust to equal the front toe will bring improvements.

Point taken, I didn't really register the road only bit in the opening post. Having said that I would still go for the track pad (assuming they are available to fit the caliper) as they are brilliant performers.

You've obviously been using the wrong ceramic pads. Pagid RS29's and 14's are absolutely awesome, bit they are dusty.

If they are screw in studs - lock 2 together nuts on the stud, get someone to stand on the brake pedal and wind them out. If they have been loctited in a little heat will assist.

U could try DAVE at Brosport Cheadle Staffs. Might be worth shimming the rear Or Ninemeister Warrington they are a Porshe specialist but they have a decent 4 wheel rig
