There's a couple of different 1.2 16v engines though, around 2004 they changed it to the type I have. May well have changed it again before that but I'm not entirely sure.
On my 1.2 it's the next thing you come to after taking off the airbox.
Depends on your budget, Toyo T1Rs are pretty good for the price at the lower end of the scale, and a lot of people recommend Michelin Exaltos if you've got a bit more cash to spend.
Depends on what style of engine you have. The earlier 1.2 16v is awkward to get to, see this thread: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?p=5919749#post5919749 for where it's located.
On the newer style engine (which I have) it's piss easy, one jubilee clip to take off the airbox and...
No, he means the carb cleaner blasted it all off. I did this on my 1.2 after it kept giving me electric warning lights and going into limp mode, sorted the problem.
AFAIK K-Tec don't do their coilovers for the Non-RS yet. V-Maxx are cheap and go undriveably low on the front, but the back isn't low enough for my liking, all depends on how low you want to go.
Doesn't matter who does it, put filler on the bumper and then bump into something with it and it will crack.
BTW what happened regarding the quote you got for all the smoothing?
They sometimes pop up for sale on here, or on EBay. Usually around the £30 mark on here IIRC. You could also try www.cliospares.co.uk see if they have any lying around.
