Well if your looking for 32" or less you wont be getting a plasma ;) There are a lot of good LCD's out there, but its best to check the specifications and make sure it has everything you want. Check it has all the connections you plan on using. Also, go with a good brand name if you can.

If you use javascript remember the user can have it swtiched off bypassing your form validation. You should always do a server side check, I suggest PHP not crappy asp ! ;)

Lol.. I actually have 1 NT4 machine still running in my work aswell. Its on a machine so old the CPU doesnt even have/require a cooling fan, just the standard heatsink. a whoping 64mb of ram aswell.. It gets used as an ISDN RAS.

downloads will be faster now ofcourse ! the rush to grab the latest is over now lol I have a work latop which I have resisted putting linux on for a number of reasons (too boring to go into). I think I may dual boot with fiesty though..

no... thats what im saying.. on 13gb free IIRC from new.. so ive only used a couple gigs.. I dont need to use the 360 as a media centre as I already have a linux media pc that i use instead...

The bigger HD is the only thing that interests me, having said that I still hav 11gig free on my current one. Have been downloading some new game content..

You could boot from a USB pen drive but would take a bit more work on your part !

ah so its you knicking all the bandwidth !! normally get 5-6MB/s gave up just now as its too busy and slow speeds.. cant be arsed going around all the mirrors just now..

Havent tried xandros.. Should have stuck with suse IMO, sound card would probably have been something simple you overlooked... (been there done that ;))

I would disagree with that. The UK has gone from 56k to 10mbit in a few years. We were very very behind with regards to connectivity, I would say we are near the front now. If they sorted the upload speed caps we would certainly be up there with the best of them. I think countries like Japan...

Their service is excellent IMO. I know it as Telewest/Blueyonder but its all the same VM now. There isnt a line speed, if they say 8mbit thats what you will (should) get ! Its not like adsl.

What is the point in giving you a 10,00000 gbit line if you can only download 100KB/month.. download caps are crazy !! its like here have this super dooper high speed line, but dont use it much or we will get angry. Its like selling cars that can do 200mph but you can only drive them at...

I current have 1.5 Terrabyte storage... But I have a spare 1 Terabyte drive if I need it ;)

Couldnt recomment telewest or virgin media as they are now called enough.. 10mbit (20mbit in may) and unlimited downloads... I would class myself as a heavy downloader !! as much as 20GB per day i would reckon :D
