u need to do a backup first which will make a copy of your contacts and texts and emails etc... then the full restore will delete everything on the iphone and then it will ask if you wish to restore your backup... which will put all your contacts etc back on then you need to resync your ipod...

no phone out does what the iphone as well and as easy as it does.. the iphone tarrifs are actually good, i pay 45 + 7.99 i get 1200min, unlim txts, unlim 3g etc... plus i can hold 16gb of songs, video, applications, etc... it plays games so much better than any other phone, and just works alot...

i was messing with my 3g and looked in service providers... there is a list of all the uk providers... so me thinks its unlocked to any network??

apple are c***s and changed the charging system on it to work with firewire, when connected to an accessory that draws audio from it, it now looks for power from another pin... will still charge off usb just not off of car audio devices... i hope pioneer fix this...

i upgraded it to the latest firmware... as the one it shipped with was older than the one they released on thursday... but no diff... still fucked up... i never got 4 days out my old one, longest was just over 24 hours... but i do txt alot and i use it for calls alot too... i also have a habit...

im gonna take mine back, the battery is shiiiit on mine, yesterday had it unplugged from 3pm, by 9 pm just through txts it was flat... and not sent that many txts, seen a few reports there could be a faulty battery batch... also it wont always give me a txt alert... it will vibrate but make no...
