Hey i have a mk2 ph1. Just wondering where is a good place to get new headlights. Dont really wanna spend angel eye money even on ebay think they r 145. I have xenon bulbs etc and side lights but its on the misted headlights so still looks bit naff. TA ;)

If i got some alloys off a mk2 ph2 dynamique etc and put them on my mk2 ph1 in place of hubs, you rekon i would have to pay more insurance or because they are standard clio alloys anyway i wouldnt. ta very much ;)

sh*ts sh*ts sh*ts sh*ts. fu*ckers. Feel so bad for ya never had anythin stolen but just got my first car and clio and if it was stolen think i would die soo bad. Hope you get good insurance payout and make a new clio project out of it. ;)

Hey guys hows it going, Jus looking to see some pics of mk2 ph1 clios with diff alloys an wat size they r, am lookin to buy some alloys love the turini's but duno whether 15 or 16" ta.:D

I brought a stalk adaptor for mine once tried to connect it al but didnt work for some reason and couldnt seem to find the right bits for it. Cost me around 35 quid from halfrauds. I just took it back but would love to have stalk control.

Not to sure it was on talk audio but someone had a rear end crash at like 30 mph and his sub that was velcro'd down came through into the back seats, if it had been any faster or a head on he wud or front passenger badly injured. If ure keeping it velcro'd wenever there isnt a rear passenger...

There wasnt a gromit big enough or in the right place for mine, as i have 8 guage cable so is pretty thick. I had to drill into the engine bay through the passenger side foot-well. I did it behind some pipes blocking it from view, so when i sell it no-one will know. :o

Someone just sold some dynamic alloys on ebay, anthracite coloured to, 200 smackers, i only found them when they had 10 mins left so was bit late, Anyone know best place to buy old Clio alloys and how much anthracite is. ta.

Where the best place for clio alloys, wanna go for the subtle look as my car is slow as sh*t an i thnk subtle is the way forward. Am lookin for lots of spokes, black, gun metals, etc cheers. :D

On my dash on the left of the counter there is a small light that has a picture of a person and an air bag, the light stays on constantly its a warning i assume but the manual isnt very clear. Anyone know what it is, whether its a common fault or my air bag is screwed. I have a mk2 RN 1.2 ta :D :(

Couple of mates and i went to long marston air strip near our town (stratford) on friday for a couple of drags in our cars. We had gone the week before and it had been empty and gates were left open so wegot onto the track and messed around abit did some spins and stuff on the fields to was...

well thats wat i was thinkin but dont wanna make insurance go up am only 18 so is a killer anyway and its mostly sound i am lookin for only have 1.2 so will take more than filter to make it any good on speed haha :o cheers.

Wel i dont no that much what am talking about but i assume so. I will probs just ask my mates dad cos if you drill in wrong place it just sucks in dirty air an screws it up but if it works on porsches an my mates clio i shud thnk its sound.

You do it on the cold side i have seen well heard it done to other cars and it sounds nice just dont wanna go drilling into my friekin engine. M mate has mk1 clio and his dad wrks for porsche they do this in porsches instead of induction kits they drill them an charge a grand.

I here alot about ppl drilling into the filter i think. Just wondering people views on it. I want the car to sound nice well abit louder but dont wanna pay more insurance for induction kit. Pro's and con's of drilling pls guys. :D ;)

Yeah mk2, was jus sayin ta for respondin ha. right that ent to bad then have a mate who can fit it all. Wheres best place to get the stuff needed. Would lowerin it reduce sale price when i come to sell it. Dont wanna alienate buyers really i no it will but wanna get best price may have to sell...

I am 18 have 1.2 clio mk2. Am named driver on parents ins anyone have any idea how an air filter will effect the ins or by how much. Well if i tell them. cheers :D
