^^ dont blame you matey...im obsessed with mine and no doubt you will be after this. It takes a couple of days to actually realise that it has happened.... my mam found it quite hard that someone had been into the house as well.
yeh is very weird.... for couple of weeks i wandered out the house to go to work expecting the 182 to be there......:dapprove: I still wonder where my baked bean is now. Loved that car as well......
Its very border line matey... wots your excess?? it is usually 70% of the cars value and then they rite it off. Do you know what damage there is that cant be seen.... there is some serious money 7.2k..... am guessing the radiators are damaged....
Theres nothing you can do,all i do is make sure i have my keys with me were eva i am..... I know it makes you personally more vunerable... but at least they would have to threaten me for them.... not good, but after all that cant think of much else to do... if they want it they will get it...
Gutted for you mike.... as I said if you want any advice let us know, as having been through this recently can probably answer a few of your questions...
I didnt want mine back either so i understand why you feel like that, is like a double hit when theyve been into the house as well.
aye.... im paying the same on CTR as the 182.... but with the claims on my policy and 2yrs less NCB. My excess is half wot it was last yr as well!! and whilst im older @24, the CTR is more expensive to insure...... (1149 with 2NCB, 2 claims, not the best postcode, 300x)
well yours was 2k (and that included a door and wheel) and I know for a fact that the visible front end damage is not 5ks worth..... so the must be summit underneath.
tbh mate a total loss or a claim makes know difference. I have had to declare 22k+ (one 10k claim and 12k total loss) worth of claims this year, but most insurers dont look at whether its a total loss or not.... a claims a claim.
^^ thats not a bad idea guy.......
how come its come to 7.2k??? The ust be some damage which is not visible form the pics.... is the auxillary belt area damaged???
