my engine ran 158bhp standard, and 204 with bodies managment and a straight through exhaust.

Some people love solid ones, some people swear by standard ones really.

front maybe 15mm to 20mm?

5mm maybe 10mm.

It is, its limits the amount of revs if the oil isnt up to temp.

About right for a running one with those mods. Awesome little cars, 130, 133 and 136bhp as standard, throw £1000 at one and your looking at about 170bhp with similar torque figures, give a clio a run for money in a straight line. Handle w**k though, i should know, binned mine a few times.

Good choice on the airbox, did that myself a while ago, certantly made a difference. And pooh about the cams from Kam racing, £700 is alot now as i was looking at them aswell :(

For the price i paid for bodies, compared to the price of the supercharger kit. Bang for buck the extra 50bhp wasnt worth it.

Yes you can. I have bodies and managment on a standard engine, and it made 204bhp. So moe air and more fuel does = more power.

Do they vacuum the tyre before fitting it with nitrogen then?

I have rear AST's, and FK's on the front, so im definately looking to change the front to AST's at some point. I cant disclose the price i paid, but the kit from Jamsport is about £2800 drive in drive out.
