If its the inlet manifold then probably around the same size or a size that will match all the ports etc if you know what I mean. I cant remember the tube sizes on the manifold prob about 1.5 inches or so. Hope the pics help a bit

You will have to get a custom inlet manifold made up. If you do let me know how much its costs as my one needs to be changed to stainless steel eventually

I believe the 1.6 8v has 90bhp and the 1.6 16v has 110 bhp if thats any help

1st of dont get an induction kit try and get an itg replacement foam panel filter and get a custom aur feed made up to go wither begind the grill or a hole in the bumper. For the exhuast I know powerflow do a sports cat cheaper then K-tec and should be able to do a cat back system at a price...

IIrc Ajketley got over 125mph in his 1.2 8v energy engine but that was tuned to just under 90bhp. He said he put a vid of it on here but it got removed

My 1.2 8v should do 120 on gps (when its finished) most I got it so far is 110mph on gps but I was being a bit careful as I was approaching a dodgy bend. I prob could of got another 5 out of it at a push. The most I got my original speedo showing was 115mph. When I got 110mph on gps my rt dials...

The best serious way is to strip hit - fibre glass or carbon fibre as much as you can - de-cats help alot too :D just most ppl dont wanna spend time and money doing up 1.2's for performance
