i get things like this alot, dig your heels in and prepare for a fight, either the installer has done it (or its him), cant see someone buying a stereo of ebay then getting a proper installer to fit it !!, they probably damaged it ramming it into the dash i had a simillar thing a while back and...

im with rjay, machine polish all the way, perhaps get someone local to you could give you a pc job

hi mate, i wax by hand, but you can pop the wax out of the pot and use it that way, or try to put your pad in the pot

i have heard of people doing a dent repair group buy, cant remember who and were but they saved alot of money each

well when i did the polo i used AG interior cleaner, and megs APC, both worked well, one tip is not to overwet the seats, if you do you can leave staining on the seats

#21 does go watery, its not water though (if you put warter in the bottle it will never mix in, try it lol) , do shake it up before use and you will be fine
