I've had this arguement before, whether it be a 'you should have changed by now' light, it's still down in the manual as an 'optimum gear shift light', so make of it what you will.

Tin foil. That's what I read on a guide somehwere. Acts as an unbrella. It would be nice if someone could take a picture of their engine bay and highlight all of the parts which need covering (electrics, delecate parts etc.) for those of us who don't know.

I tested it on Radio 1 worked fine. Just as good as the standard ariel.

A short while ago I was looking around for pictures of the CTR ariel on Clio 1*2s. Since everyone was fitting them I thought it would be a nice subtle upgrade considering the standard ariels are horrendous looking! However I eventually stumbled upon this picture which shows how they do not fit...

Looks mint. I was thinking about a CTR ariel until I discovered they do not sit flush on the base plate... I can't live with that.

I know what you mean about the petrol garage mate. I love walking back to mine across the forecourt after it's just been cleaned, especially at night.

It needs door strips mate, it looks wrong without them. Not sure why people take them off tbh, turns it into a Nissan Micra.
