If youre only lwering the car about 30mm I shouldnt think youd have to change the shocks. As for the torsion bar, its tricky to get a 30mm drop without loads of messing about. Its probably as easy and cheap to find a garage thatll do the work for you.

Yeah Ive changed mine twice. You do have to strip the dashboard a bit to get at the clocks.
When you change your dials, youll have nice red and green numbers, instead of sh*tty orange ones, so no need to change the bulbs at the back.
My mate tried to fit 19 valve seats in his RT, the rear seat deffinatly wont fit, and I think he gave up on trying to fit the front ones, I think the runners are slightly wider on the 19s

Yeah, Ive done my own aswell. Mines more or less the same size as most bass boxes for a 12" sub. If youre making your own and its too small for the sub i.e. too much punch and not enough rumble, you could fit longer ports.
