the bulkhead moves alot on the Mk1 when you press the brake pedal....
Did you using MIG or Stick to weld that bracket on for the Battery isolator ? Lovely!!!!
very nice - some very nice parts fitted here! Shame you couldnt of afforded that Sequential gearbox which was forsale with that suspension!

U can check the gaps dead easy - get a feeler gauge from halfords. Take each wheel off and measure the gap by slotting in the gauge until it just starts to bite. Do it on all 4 wheels and record your results.
If the gap is larger on one side to the other (out of tolerance) change the ring and sensor to restore the correct gap!
Sensor cannot be reset unfortunately mate.

Measure with a feeler gauge the gaps. The rears are larger than the fronts but use one side against the other to find the gap that's odd!
Rust wears the sensor down then when the ring is cleaned / changed the damage had been done wearing against the sensor and the sensor looses track of the...
I would say the air gap on the abs ring to sensor is too big.
Make sure the gap is set within tolerance and the rings are clean and rust free it should be fine again.

The downpipe is a common fault. Remember 2live doing his in 1/4 miling years ago!!!!
shame about the bonnet - but carnt you add a reinforcing plate behind to strengthen it and knock the dent out???
Even with the aero catches - it will still dent in the surrounding area when clamping it down, unless you dont do it so tight!
