update on the clio....it's now available for parts if anybody is interested, got the call from Carl this afternoon at RPB ... interior is already gone ,but most other parts are still available. looks like the car hit the curb as it came round the right hand bend and buggered the passenger side...

was looking at some new tyres for my 182 on turini but not sure what to go for...205/45/16 or 195/45/16 ...did have toyo t1r but any suggestions would be great as for width also please. .;)

Right I know it's another issue with starting but I need to get it sorted as it's winding me up now. it only seems to happen from cold starting,..when I try to start the 182 each day the the first time I can't hear the pump prime and know it won't start if I try but when I try the second time it...

might be able to find out later when I speak to Carl at RPB ...maybe later today..will keep you all posted. .

update guys...found where it's gone and in insurance hands now...but at RPB in Plymouth ...can't do anything with it for about 2 weeks, when clear from insurance;)

well all done fitting the front discs and pads:) and one side decided to be a pain in the ass as the disc did not want to leave the hubbut finally gave in after me hitting it hard a few times. then cleaned everything up for some silver paint which I painted the calipers with and the lip of the...

it's been picked up now, just need to know where it's gone as may need some spares. ..as you don't get many 182's in Plymouth area for parts

next job on my list is fitting new genuine front discs and pads while at the same time will tidy up calipers with wire brush and then paint silver as I have done to the rears and also painted the lip of the disc's to prevent the rust;) Got the disc and pad set from my mate at voters in Plymouth...

wonder where it will go? reckon clean spares will take it..might be worth finding out for spares:/ never know

only after a couple of weeks of fitting the new low mileage original wheel I found on here a snappy retrimed wheel for sale ,so did the deal with Lee (arctic-182-rs) and very pleased with it. .defo a better quality leather and finish. .many thanks to Lee again :).. a few pics;)

I was chuffed with mine not to long ago as my nickname is Deano and got DN05 REN for £250 all in ...deano's renault , if you wait long enough you will find the right plate;)

did another small job a week or so ago recently, which I was thinking of doing;) I have had my engine cover colour coded to the 182 as I needed to get my n/s wing mirror cover resprayed as I had a little accident and scuffed it while getting into my garage :( so I thought get the engine cover...

sorry but won't be attending as will be at french car show on club stand...have been to this show every year since it started ;)

recently did a small job of changing my steering wheel as it was showing the signs of melting as all clio sport wheels do, and got a good result from eBay on a very good condition wheel from a low mileage sport for a bargain price of only £62 :smile:...so here are a few pics...looks and feels so...

yep your right it is from a kia picanto and the signal is ideal, plus it fits so much better than a type r one as it fits the Base perfectly

Came across this in a scrapy, and thought this would look spot on for my 182, and is a perfect fit with the Base of the clio ariel. Think it looks better than type r one...what you think..and guess what from

a little package turned up today with my new bulbs for the 182, they are the prism style with I'm still not to sure about but at £15 for the four I thought I would give them a go ...here's a few pics before and after
