Acer have THE WORST customer service ever. Never ever again im afraid for me. Ended up taking them to court. The service centre is an absolute joke. Who the hell sends a laptop back twice with parts just floating around inside. Oh, and a dvd drive thats not secured in LOL Brilliant.

The will say: "Ah sorry, our workshop is not open on Bank Holidays" "Can we interest you in a new car, step this way" ;)

Might as well !! The aux belt should have already been done if its 5 years! If they let go, they cause big problems as they take everythign with it. And wudnt leave the cambelt too long, the RS models shud be done in advance! Renault recomendations are waaay too long.

Dont forget the Aux Belt !! (make sure it gets done properly) As for the GBox oil, not too hard to do, just fidly. But no real need to change it.

The pocketgpsworld camera updates are good but ive come accross plenty that are not on the database or are simply wrong. Not bad as freebies but not ideal. For example, the Origin database gets updated very often, (almost daily) and has new locations for that day including temp camera locations.

Shame about the B2 Mark :( I had mine a fair while and never had a problem. As for the Alert, i have sold plenty since release and im liking it also. Its bang on like the B2 with a good few more features and the colour screen. Yes it also has built in GPS, so no wire trail apart from the...

They are brilliant. The camera side is spot on, cant beat it as its Origin B2 with a new name. Sat nav is not too bad, not brilliant but very usable. Its based on Navman setup, so not exactly crap. Ive not had any problems yet.

Expect to be paying over the odds with a lot of mods like that!! @ 18 on a 1.0 Micra (not modded lol) i was paying about £1400 Id say your looking around the £1800 region with those mods, unless you find a very nice policy.
