Thanks, The plugs, sensors and location of the crank sensor are different on the 197. I've found some wiring diagrams so i think I've got it sorted. Newbie to engine management, ill have a play to see what it says. ta

Thanks, yes agree, i think i am going to stick with chassis mounting the engine. Just need the engine angle and I can fabricate suitable chassis mounts to match up to the 197/200 race mounts. cheers

That a good idea, if someone can do that that would be great. Ideally it needs to be accross the cam cover, i am running the car on TB's and dont have the standard inlet manifold. So if someone has a 1*2 on TB and can measure the angle across the cam cover (when the car level) that should give...

Yes thanks aware of that. In 2 minds at mo either going to fit a 197 engine ( already sold the 182) or to drop down a class and fit the 1.6 133 Twingo engine which I believe will mate perfectly with the box. I think this might make a competative package. Cheers
