Standard isn't best, but I'll agree it's most cost efficient. There are gains to be had from having a proper enclosed IK.- Tom_16v

Most feel standard is best, with a replacement element. I've got a Pipercross Viper IK on mine which make a noticeable improvement! It's up to you though if you think it's worth the price though....- Tom_16v

supersprint manifold for hybrid....
The supersprint manifolds are top notch and will make a noticeable improvement. The problem (or maybe not) is the standard one is connected to the block iirc on some mount which obviously stabilises the movement of the manifold. The s/s one doesn't have this and a lot of peoples concerns are...- Tom_16v

Oil Filter Change Help on a valver?
Get a 2.0 filter on it instead of the 1.8 one. Exactly the same inside, just the 2.0 is thinner and has a moulded top on so you can get a spanner on it for next time.- Tom_16v
