Bleed the system i always do whenever ive done anything on the brakes.

you will need to replace the boot anyway, best thing to do is to clean it before mot so it doesnt look like its leaking also with the indicator as long as the lens isnt cracked and the indicator works it will be fine

sounds like the bearing, they all come together as part of the clutch kit anyway you will most likely need a hand changing the clutch if you havent done one before

Sounds like the topmounts to me but as Fred said its hard to diagnose over a video, get underneath and get someone to turn it and try and see where its coming from
