Just bung a performance filter in the original air box. Seems to be as good as anything else. I got very good gains from my green, but then the old standard one was old so may just be getting back some of the lost performance
I am just interested. I didnt buy 0002 to keep it in a garage and get 12k for it in 20 years. I bought it because i like rare things. If i wanted a museum piece i would have bought a painting. I wont change the outside as i want everyone to know its a williams, however, why not have a rare car...
So 2 live, is there anything else i could change on the engine externally before i modify the internal part? Would rather get all the power i can from external components before i go internal.
What difference will a SS exhaust manifold make to my Williams? What power increase can i expect if any (2-5bhp????) and what price could i expect to pay?

-Turbo (whats the insurance like compared to Clio?). But tunable
-Do you want a straight line rocket? Or a more all round car?
- Clio definately looks better. Dont like the Fiat looks. Something...
Nick, so your saying that a phase 1 Willy is actually going to be about 950 / 960 curb weight. The 990 figure is an average then or the weight of the Willy 3?
What about a strut brace, uprated brakes and some new tyres? What are the brakes like that Hill Power do? Are they worth going for? What kind of brakes???? Can you improve the suspension in any way? Is a strut brace gonna be worth it?
