You will not retain those functions without buying separate adaptors. Something that I looked into which proved to be tricky and pricey for the 200. That's the reason I still have the OE headunit in mine.

I don't get the £500 option for the black roof, when you've already paid £xxxx to Renault for them to spray the car...seems stupid to have to pay more for the roof a different colour. Had it been free then I'd have ticked that box also :)

Loose connection likely, in changing the headunit you've probably dislodged the connector from the back of the clock. It's easily done.

No idea mate, I'm assuming it's the difference in the old and new tax (emissions) system? The 2000 reg'd one has no emissions recorded.

The other car - must be as said, due to the system change over? Unless it's a 2.0 conversion?

The cup chassis/suspension and steering make a big difference over the regular 200. Colour wise, white or RB both look good - personal choice really. As for the speedlines - :)
