lol, he seemed like a bit of an idiot. I asked him for a price on most of his bits, he wanted £180 for the bumper. Someone got a bargain with the seats, i really want to get a set of leathers for mine.
Lol im liking that mate, i dont care about your car im just saying what i see and its a good effort sorry to hear that you dont like to be giving some critasisum about your car mate but being on these forums id get used to it......
I am open critasisum, im not open to someone claiming...
As i got them compressed by a company who deals with springs all day long, whereas when using coilovers it is hard to say exactly how low the car is unless its wound all the way down. I dont know why you seem so worried about the hight of my car, i take it your not to happy that there is a new...
A higher profile tire will fill the arch better. As i have said before, my wheels will be going on very soon then i will decided if i want to go 10-20mm lower.
How can you tell exactly how low your car is if your using coilovers?
When i fitted a HID kit to mine i had to take the bumper of. There is one bolt on the side (10mm) behind the arch liner, a few plastic trims along the top of the bumper and a few torx screws along the bottom. Bumper of seems like the easist option unless you have skinny hands.
It may look higher then it is due to the front tires been lower profile compared to the standard profile. Thats all the tire shop had in stock, wasn;t to bothered as these are only my winter wheels
Unfortunatley the ST wheels wont fit as Ford fitment is 4x108 and the Clio is 4x100. 17's dont look too bad on the Mk3 but i think 16's with a hefty slam is the way to go.
Very nice fella your car looks mint. I wouldn't bother with a spoiler as none of them flow with the lines of the car, besides it looks better without one.
Id also re do the wheels in white I think it would compliment the Albi blue really well.
Hi, i am after the dimensions of the standard springs. I would like to know how many coils there are on the springs, distance between coils and thickness of the coil. If somebody could help me it would be much appreciated. Cheers
There's nothing much 'Euro' about it IMO although the exterior does look nice. TBH no one in Britain has done a full on Euro style Clio which is why im going all out. Im in the process of building probably one of the most comprehensive 'Euro' Clios in Europe.
