went out today after washing it yesterday... temp was 3c and when i turned the engine over 1st time the starter motor turned but engine kinda stalled str8 away without even trying to run 2nd time it spluttered abit then stalled 3rd went for a bit longer but stalled etc about the 5th time of...

4 problems in about 15k 1. run in the primer on the bootlid (noticed when i cleaned the car 1st) - i should of noticed when i picked the car up really but was quite a small mark so got the boot lid resprayed 2. engine coil went 3. about 3k miles later another coil went 4. had to go to renault...

welcome.... you can swap them over but it gets kinda pricey as you need the arches and arch liners so if u can find a breakers then its much easier just to take all the front panels there was a german (i think) chap who managed to fit one to his car with the dynamique arches still on but im...

make sure u get the clips as well as you dont have them on ur engine at the mo i assume the cover will fit under your throttle cable.....

if u can find a decent lowish milage 16v then go for it ive thought about getting 1 in place of my mk2 a few times but its difficult to find a decent one with in reasonable condition and reasonably low mileage
