Thanks mate thats the answer i was looking for, im sure i needed the is lens yea i noticed the 1100d but its £500 i think its best to learn on the 1000d as i can sell up at any time and upgrade

silver looks fine but a refurb in a colour freshens it up a bit i can always go back to silver RB is what i was thinking too or also a lime green both with black callipers yea i spotted them, i did like them.ahh most colours work with black decisions decisions
