    182 turbod up

reno stuff is getting cheaper but up until a few years ago there wasnt any serious tuning going on in the mainstream, thanks to sites like this companies have recieved a lot of customers wanting to tune up and the extra money has led to some decent development and small dedicated tuning firms...

    182cup quicker than a 172cup !

true. i have to say my cup feels rapid.
  6. Phill1978

    182 turbod up

in the end the chassis and design cant take that power, its hard enough for the 172/182 to get traction and transmit power edit* unless you spend £1800 vat fitting an LSD but it would still be a bit mad
  7. Phill1978

    182 turbod up

buy a faster car to start with is the usual answer. does cost about £7,000 to get it properly done and ive seen a few 182`s going for £8,000 now puts it into perspective

to euro or not to euro?

think he was saying that it dosnt matter what you do its just a cheap old supermini not a lambo or ferrari etc..

Meggy 225 vs DC5 vs VXR vs Golf GTI

nup neil jap cars are identical. a vxr and ITR would be slower than a 225 cup`d around a track. if for a slight moment in infinate time they were faster by 0.5 secs (i cant even blink that fast) then who cares ? the meggers is better looking, easier to exploit on uk roads, is safer, better...

sold it and it gets written off absolutely devo'd

moral of the story either abuse your motor so much you dont care when you get rid who does what. or b.) make sure only you ever own it which is quite possible if you really want,

Meggy 225 vs DC5 vs VXR vs Golf GTI

come on john, a remapped cup would be faster, a cup`d stock 225 would be the same...... apart from millions of luxury extras on the meggers + safety + better design etc.. for that man who said lets not talk about what version of 225 it was.. lol at you. how did they decide to swap some 18 x 8.5...

Meggy 225 vs DC5 vs VXR vs Golf GTI

still think a cup`d megane would beat a vxr on track. just thought id add the prefacelift stock 225 megane cannot disable ESP over 30mph !!! this seriously effects the track handling. the cup pack allows this to be fully disabled as does the new facelift model forget the vxr as its a cacky...

Pics of my V6, back from K-Tec

actually thats the horror not the beauty, it doesnt drift it doesnt power slide, it 360`s if you lose the backend and you could die if you drive too fast in one where as the 172/182 are very easy to drive at speed. RWD cars should have balance and good weight distribution the v6 doesnt.. its a...

    OMG I Just Noticed Something!

both are built by sweaty onion smelling french men the only difference is the V6 is hand built hence they actually touch them and put there average paid knowlage and crafsmanship into the V6, not exactly a VW pheaton is it ? hasnt the whole problem of hedging caused the V6 to get worldwide...

  28. Phill1978

Pics of my V6, back from K-Tec

not for me, the wheels look micromachine, stock wheels are better. ok for weight saving but at 1400kg you`d have to go to town to make that 230hp v6 a performance car. other than that the exhaust, general look of the thing is of course very very nice. thumbs up from me, but wheels are weird.
