as said in my last post we dont replace hardly any F4R dephaser pulleys, we wouldnt recommend replacing it unless it was noisy as SBV said (same with the water - if it aint leaking dont replace it) but each to their own, some people ask us to replace things for peace of mind and, hey, I aint...

dephaser is one of the camshaft pulley's (RH one as you look at the engine side on iirc) its not that common on the F4R engine but we change a lot on the K4M though. We do come across the bottom pulleys breaking in 2 pieces on the F4R engine when they are removed but this isnt the dephaser
keep what you've got, i was in exactly the same boat 4 months ago when i sold my 182 for a ph1 which is now track spec, but wish i'd kept the 182, was just a better car
