I done the same as you (repainting it). Just used some P1200 gave it a quick emery, then primed, paint, lacquered again. :)

Thats what i tried lol. Went flying on my ass so tried the knife trick but couldn't get it in the corner where the door joins the body of the car. I'll try again some point. Sorry yeah I am. :o

Right I think I've undone all the screws but my main problem is the black sticky waterproof stuff going around the door. How far around does it go round the door? Do i have to remove all of it? As it is bloody hard! lol.

I have a campus. :rasp: Buying a 172 bumper so want to know if this idea will work instead of getting a tailgate. (One of many possibilites) Will try and find a better pic.

Have a few ideas in mind for the back of my car as it needs repair work, and want something a bit different. Using this pic can someone please smooth where the current Reg plate is and put it in the area I've highlighted in the 2nd pic? And a question: would it be physically possible...

My spacers are 13mm wide, if I buy bolts that are 1mm shorter than they should be for my spacers, will 1mm of bolt make a difference? As my options are 36mm bolts which are 1mm under what i need or 42mm which are 6mm longer than I need.

Where do you plan on fitting the reg plate? As I have something similar in mind.

Yeah I needed to know for my clio 1.2 aswell assuming that it may be different, and I still don't know lol. Ahwell. But I'm sure it's a 19mm Hex, and looking at the bolt 20-30mm length of some description.

There about £170 posted iirc.

Been trying it out down the road this morning! Sorry if this is in the wrong section wasn't sure coz half the pics have my car and the other half don't! I ain't no camera expert so pointers are appreciated! :) Will be trying it out in other places obviously! :D
