It's the number of forms that need to be printed though, EVERYONE whether they are a driver or passenger has to sign the disclaimer form.
Admin need figures so they know how many forms are required. As you can imagine printing ~150 forms isn't as easy as it sounds.

Decats aren't illegal, it's the fact that fitting them to your car would mean the car is unroadworthy as it would fail a roadside VOSA check - that's the problem.
If it wont pass the MOT then it's classed as unroadworthy.
It could be because you've set the alarm too quickly after closing the door. If you allow a couple of seconds before arming then it shouldn't beep. Same goes for disarming otherwise the alarm will trigger.
Fuel pump is part of the sender unit on the tank isn't it? Under the rear bench?
If it isn't priming the pump then surely it wouldn't be the TDC sensor??

Yeah but you also have maximum height, maximum distance from outer edge of the vehicle etc etc. If you can't meet those requirements then I wouldn't worry about brightness as it'll never be legal.
Anything is possible yeah but obviously the have to meet the 'rules of the road' as they say.
There are all kind of measures that have to be met for lights to be legal, mounting them inside the car wouldn't be legal I feel.
